The stay was enjoyable primarily because of the vibrant atmosphere and convenient amenities. The location made it easy to explore nearby restaurants and shops, which was a huge plus. The room provided a splendid view of the city, and the cleanliness maintained by the friendly housekeeping staff was commendable. However, there were some drawbacks that need attention. The bathroom had a slight flooding issue during my stay, and the paint smell was too strong at times, which made it uncomfortable. It would also be better if the room had a way to signal for housekeeping as returning to a messy room wasn't ideal. Overall, the hotel offers a good experience but needs to enhance its attention to minor details for guest comfort.

Friendly staff with hidden gems
The warm welcome at check-in was matched by a cozy room. The hotel had a lovely pool area, and I enjoyed a refreshing welcome drink. The availability of complimentary beverages throughout the day was a nice touch, especially after a long day of exploring.
Unfortunately, the breakfast left much to be desired with a limited selection each day. I also noticed that during peak hours, some items ran out quickly, which was disappointing given the otherwise upscale nature of the hotel.

Beautiful building! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center. The pool area was nice for relaxing after exploring. Friendly staff and a welcome drink were great touches. I also loved that they had free coffee and tea available all day! ☕

Just finished a 6-night stay in a comfy room. The staff were super nice and helped us with everything! The pool area was a chill spot after wandering around the city. The only thing is the dinner menu could use a few more options. The snack bar was a lifesaver for quick bites!
